How refunds and access issues are handled for digital products.

Margin sells digital products such as workbooks, guides, email experiences, templates, and self-guided resources.

Because digital products can usually be accessed immediately, refunds may be limited once a product has been delivered or downloaded, except where required by applicable consumer law.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, limits, or replaces any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.

If a product is faulty, not as described, or otherwise required to be remedied under consumer law, we will respond in line with those obligations.

Change of mind

We generally do not offer refunds for change of mind after a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
